What this service covers

We install solar systems around the information you provide about the property and how the power will be used, including pumping where that is part of the request. System size, mounting and equipment depend on the site assessment and on what you want the system to run. We do not promise a specific energy saving, bill reduction or payback period without evidence from your site and your consumption. After an enquiry we discuss the requirement and prepare a quotation for an agreed installation.

Typical information we ask for

• Where the system would be installed and what it needs to power.
• Whether the solar supply is for a building, a pump, or both.
• Roof or ground space, shading and access, as far as you know them.
• Any existing electrical or pumping equipment that should be considered.

Output depends on sunshine, equipment, shading and how the system is used. We do not advertise a guaranteed saving.

How an enquiry proceeds

1. 1. Send an enquiry. Share your name, location, the service you need and a short description of the project.
2. 2. We review the request. The team reads the details and contacts you if more information is needed.
3. 3. Site discussion. Where the work requires it, we arrange a conversation or a visit to understand access and conditions.
4. 4. Quotation. You receive a quotation for the agreed scope. Nothing is scheduled until you accept it.
5. 5. Work is scheduled. After acceptance, we agree a practical time to carry out the drilling, survey or installation.
